1. reservation procedure:
To book a vacation rental through Matstore SL, the guest must make a reservation through our online booking platform or contact our customer service. A confirmed reservation requires a payment of 25% of the total rental price. The reservation fee must be paid within 7 days of confirmed reservation. The remaining rental price must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of the start of the stay, the full amount must be paid within 72 hours. Failure to meet general payment deadlines may result in the reservation being canceled.
2. Cancellation:
A. If canceled less than 30 days before check-in, the total rental price is non-refundable.
B. If canceled more than 30 days before check-in, the rental price will be refunded, but not the reservation amount.
3. check-in and check-out:
A. Check-in time is 15:00 on the arrival date.
B. Check-out time is 10:00 am on the departure date.
C. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be requested but can only be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Deposit:
A refundable deposit must be paid at check-in to cover any damages and/or violations of the rental conditions. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of check-out if no damages or violations are found.
5. Cleaning service after your stay
Final cleaning is included in the price of your stay.
It is also possible to order mid-week cleaning and linen service for a fee, this is done at our reception.
6. Accommodation capacity:
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the reservation. Staying more people than specified may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.
7. House rules:
Guests are expected to abide by all house rules and local regulations. Noise levels must be kept down between 23:00 & 08:00 Smoking is not allowed indoors.
8. Damages and liability:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the vacation rental or its belongings during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately to Matstore SL. Guests are responsible for replacing or repairing damaged items.
9. Rental laws in Andalusia:
Guests are expected to comply with all relevant rental laws in Andalusia and regional regulations.
10. Insurance:
It is recommended that guests have adequate travel insurance during their stay.
11. interruptions and errors:
Matstore SL does not accept any liability for interruptions in supply or technical faults in the holiday home.
12. Force Majeure:
Matstore SL is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, or public unrest.
13. Disputes:
Any disputes between Matstore SL and the guest must be resolved through negotiation. If this is not possible, the dispute must be settled according to Spanish law.
By making a reservation with Matstore SL, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the above rental conditions.
