El Mirador is located between the cities of Nerja and Torrox Costa. In 2016, the town of Nerja was voted Spain’s most charming seaside town. The town has an exceptional culture and is an ideal place to go if you want to dine out. The town offers great restaurants to suit all tastes. In addition, Nerja has the popular beach ‘Burriana Beach’, which has beach bars, restaurants and water activities.
Nearby El Mirador lies the charming mountain village Frigilliana, which is always worth a visit. The village is known as a city of arts and offers many different events throughout the year, such as; Tapas 3 Culture Festival in August. In addition, it takes 35 minutes to Malaga, 1 hour and 30 minutes to Sierra Nevada, 2 hours to Sevilla, 2 hours to Cordoba and 2 hours to Ronda.

The pool as well as domestic water will be heated through a solar collector to reduce the cost of the owners. The project consists of 39 houses, where many of the houses have been sold. These houses are sold to Danish investors who would like to spend their vacation and spare time at El Mirador. The investors help make El Mirador a great place for their vacation.
Among the investors, there are several who possess extensive experience in business operations. Some have already had an apartment in Spain for a number of years. The contractor consist of two Danish brothers who have performed contractor work in Spain for more than 20 years. They have built more than 200 buildings, and was responsible for the renovation of a large number of houses. They have built a strong team of architects, lawyers, accountants to ensure the project is going to run within the best framework.
The contractors André and Antonio have joined Mads Ruglykke, who is sales manager and director of FAD. The 17 Danish investors and 3 Danish project makers own FAD. The construction is expected to start in autumn 2017
